No idea about Xanax specifically but 15-20mg of Valium is WAAAAAYYY too much. If you have no tolerance to Valium 2mg feels like a pint or two and 5mg feels like 3 beers and 10 means you gonna be sleeping real soon and mixed with maybe 2 beers ... Zzzzzzzz.

There is no need to overdo benzo's when all you want to achieve is sleep.

If you have good MDMA you will not need any sleep med whereas a Meth/MDA or whatever combo assuming you aint eatin' pills for American means a low dose is more than adequate. Always go easy ;)

Edit: Benzo's (or even Zopiclone) are fantastic for coming off E (Speed/Coke). They kinda dull the senses a little (a nice feeling when you're kinda cracked out) and then prompt sleep and not a bad sleep at that.
 
Okay, I have xanex aplenty and I think I can get ambien. So anyone have thoughts on rolling, dropping ambien to sleep, and using xanex to ease the ate-up/ meth hangover the next day??
 
one xanAx bar (2mg) is perfect for a comedown off E. If you have plenty of xanax dont even bother with ambien IMO. If there is speed in the pill, 2mg should still work. If it doesnt, take another 1 or 2mg. You wont have any complaints.
 
heh, i can kill 4-Mar with 2mg of Xanax easily! not on the comedown, but whilst im high, put myself to sleep... xanax works fine for any kind of come down as a sleep aid IMO
 
Xanax should be fine for the comedown... Just don't go crazy on it. Be VERY careful if you've been drinking. Combining benzos and alcohol is a funny business, and not one that you should overdo. Benzos by themselves are relatively safe, as is alcohol, but the combination can easily be lethal, as death rates attest.
 
I dont agree. 2 close friends have died from using speed and taking Bars or Vs on the comedown. The mixture is poo. Id rather have a harder time goin to sleep then goin there permanently.
 
How many did they take? Did the coroner determine that that was the cause of death?
 
Xanax dosing before E question

Hello...i have a friend that has some anxiety about rolling E....He was wondering how much 0.5 mg of xanax say 15 or 20 minz before dropping a roll would diminish the mdma's effects?....would the benzo stopp all the happiness?
 
yea dont do benzos before rolls, it kills alot of the expreience. do them on the come down so you can fall asleep. the anxiety with E is nothing, if you cant handle that little bit of head scrabble on the way up then you shouldnt use any psychedelics of any sort.
 
heres what happens when you do this (well to me at least): you get really fucked up. Not in a good way. Youll probably black out the whole time and....i dunno, basically, i wouldnt recomend it. Its a bad experience.

If he is scared of rolling, maybe he should just not do it.
 
Well im just saying that only 0.5 of xanax shouldnt really interefere that much with the mdma's part of letting loose of all the serotonin
 
0,5 -1 mg. is OK; I say go ahead and take it. Also, nobody will blackout from this combo, as long as they don't use another depressant (alcohol, H, other benzos....Don't combine depressants, it might be deadly) Xanax and E is a very safe cocktail.
 
PIC - so the alprozolam would not interfere with the happiness that the mdma brings out?....
