Benzodiazepines make me feel ugly the day after

I occasionally (1-3 times a week) take benzos. My preference is alprazolam but I also take clonazepam and lorazepam. I never take more than 2mgs a day of any benzo. The day after taking benzos I always feel like shit, I'm lethargic, confused, anxious and I often have trouble eating. I've also experienced sweating and trouble breathing. I know it sounds like withdrawals but I don't think it could possibly be withdrawals because I take such a small amount and I don't take them every day. I know benzos don't give hangovers either. Could it be a possible allergy? I'm a 22 yr old male and don't have any underlying health problems. Could anyone please tell me if they've experienced this before or know what could be causing this?

Take more?

No, I haven't experienced this.
Maybe you like taking these pills so much psychologically that they cause some sort of psychosomatic symptoms the next day?
(possibly because you should be taking these pills)

Such small amounts taken for awhile could cause withdrawals. Also, for lorazepam and clonezepam less than 2mgs is almost a negligible amount. (yes lorazepam come in like .5 but still)

I'm thinking you just have such terrible anxiety/ whatever whateverbullshit that not being on this medication that is great for you is causing problems.

If you can, get some other drug for the those crash days. I'd recommend stimulants, cigarettes especially.

I'm very susceptible to rebound effects. Phenibut, kratom extracts (not plain leaf), and etizolam give me a rough next day. Not as rough as your next day, but it's definitely a real phenomenon. I get pronounced rebound effects from alcohol, too, separate from hangover, even if I don't drink that much.
