Sorry, AGAIN….but as a chronic pain patient and 15+ years of this daily regimen, I am VERY tolerant to all substances I’ve been prescribed…..worked my way up from low, medium, to relatively robust higher end dosing
Methadone 100-125mg
Ritalin (Methylphenidate) 50-70mg IR
Valium (Diazepam) 20-30mg
Xanax (Alprazolam) 1mg
Lyrica (Pregabalin) 300mg
All tablets and powder pulverized into fine powder, hot water added to dissolve, swirl around to completely dissolve, add orange juice to mask bitter taste and cool water……drink immediately on a fasted state. 30-45min onset….1.5h peak serum levels

. (hybrid oral cocktail) ….many compounds have been substituted, Cocaine replaced with d-Amph, Ritalin, Methedrine (d-Meth), Diacetylmorphine (Heroin) replaced by Oxycodone, Dilaudid, Methadone, etc.
A potent opioid analgesic + dopaminergic stimulant = Ultimate Analgesic combo (oral Speedball) …but adding benzodiazepine and Gabapentinoids are standard
