Man, thats a BIG addiction. I had a friend who was scripted 120mg of diazepam daily. Took him 3 agonising years to get off them. He got off heroin easier. Be careful, please!
 
anyone notice music enhancement on benzos, especially diazepam? lately i am getting amazing highs off diazepam, like more fun than being drunk. and the strangest affect is music enhancement.
 
Lorazepam > Estazolam > Diazepam > Bromazepam > Temazepam

How long before I develop a physical dependance (I'm on 3-5mg lorazepam, 40-50mg temazepam daily for 10 days constantly and I've been dropping some diazepam and temazepam before that too).
 
Nothing physically addictive is easy to get off of. The higher the dose, the more frequently you use, the harder it is to get off. I wouldnt venture to guess what drug is easiest to kick, that is pretty subjective and depends on the individual. If your experiencing a new high off of an old diazepam habbit, you are definately in the minority. Most of us get less and less effect the longer we use, and the effects I have experienced have never gotten better over time, just worse.

The best benzo for social anxiety for me has always been xanax. Blues work pretty well for some things, but for social anxiety xans are the only thing that has ever had a real effect for me.
 
If one were to, say, binge heavily on different benzos (ie. clonazepam, valium and xanax) in high(er) doses ie. 80 mg valium OR 4-6 mg xanax or 2 mg clon. a day for a couple weeks, will that person have bad physical symptoms ie. tremors, panic attacks etc afterwards?

you need to keep in mind, ive been using benzos on and off for months. im just not sure how a physical depedence develops when you use them erratically. for example, it was about 9 days since my last dose but before that my breaks were shorter, like 3 days. i'm just trying to gather as much info as possible because everyone makes it souind like benzo dependence is such hell on earth.

I have some valium that I got from my folks because they hate they "effects" (yeah i giggled a bit when my mother told me that) of taking drugs(my father just got neck surgery and was prescribed it to help him sleep), and the one time I took xanax (3x 1 mg), then I drank 3 16oz beers, went out to breakfast at 4 am, came back by 5am, took 1mg more and had one more beer, and from the point forward i was told by the girl I was seeing at the time that we slept together for 3 hours. According to the used condoms and what she told me the next day we screwed 3 seperate times, do benzos generally enable/disable you from sexual contact?

I have very little recollection of the evening at all, sadly. I can remember bits, and very small ones at that. I am curious as to how much valium I should take to have a pretty intresting remainder of my day, be able to semi-function and possibly have a couple drinks later for the more dreamy state? Does this make sense? Should I seperate the questions better?

Thanks in advance guys, I have little benzo experience and have been warned by one of my suppliers that I should stay away from them... I have never been addicted to any drugs other than nicotene, but I have always been able to quit that cold turkey. I prefer opiods and haven only taken the valium to help me sleep (2 x 10mg, 3 days ago, and 1 x 10 mg 2 nights ago, but not for recreation -taken after a long night of clubbing). Any CONSTRUCTIVE words would be nice. Thanks.

LOL. That's why I gave up benzos. I can't remember all the great sex I had.

What is a safe "recreational dose" of valium?

nope, the valium i have leftover from back when i was ordering benzos from overseas. 60 of them have lasted me over 2 months and i still have about 25 left. i am not getting xanax from my doctor anymore because i asked him to refer me to a psychiatrist instead, but the psychiatrist has been so booked i haven't been able to get an appointment with him until march 12th, hence me using the valium. of course i could go back to my doctor and explain the situation and get another script for xanax but i prefer valium anyway.

just admit you don't have a clue what youre talking about and have been wrong several times. i recently went 9 or 10 days with no benzos and had no withdrawal symptoms, so am i a benzo addict? all i'm doing is trying to figure out whether or not my erratic useage will lead to physical depedence. if i was already addicted, i would know it and there'd be no need for me to ask these obsessive questions.

i think its hilarious that you go into ever benzo thread and act all superior like "fuck benzos" just because you got addicted to them DESPITE ALL THE WARNINGS ABOUT HOW SERIOUS BENZO ADDICTION IS and then you go and blame your own irresponsibility on benzos? it's pathetic. the only drug ive ever really had a problem with is marijuana and yet you don't see me going into the cannabis forum posting "fuck weed" in every thread. i understand that its not as destructive a drug for everyone as it was for me. you go out of your way to make benzo addiction sound like such a nightmare and then you get abusive when people like me ask lots of questions in order to try to be extra careful to avoid it. your behavior makes no sense.
