Benzodiazepine Conversion Chart
This chart was compiled from several online sources. Benzodiazepines (benzos) act differently upon different people, so please only use this chart as a loose guide. Always speak with a medical professional who is knowledgeable and experienced with benzo tapering before beginning a tapering plan. If you have been on benzo therapy for a long period of time and/or at a high dosage, do not attempt to stop usage without a taper. Seek medical advice in this situation. Benzos are cross-tolerant with Z-drugs, alcohol, barbiturates and other GABA-acting CNS depressants.
