Benzos benzodiazapine receptor subtype binding affinity

i've been trying to find a good resource on what subtypes have what effects and what different benzos bind to them a few months ago i found some good literature on the web but can't find it anymore i know there are 5 or 6 subtypes and benzos only effect 4 or 5 of them i just can't remember any more details any information or leads on good resources would be very helpful. thanks guys
