is this true? can you get stimulant effects from benzocaine or any other "caine" local anethetics(other than cocaine)?

It's been sold as a Research Chemical by various vendors. It doesn't take a genius to find out more about it by using Google.

I got benzocaine from my local chemist one time, for a sore throat. It has no stimulant properties, all it did for me was numb my sore throat

In the last 4 months or so it's become nearly impossible to import Benzocaine, Customs are seizing nearly every shipment atm.

With that in mind, i'd be pretty sure Dimethocaine/Lorocaine is pretty legit, it was cheap enough in bulk 12 months ago (Since the mephedrone ban, vendors just inflated the price exponentially).
