The bad news is you never really detoxed and have been fucking with your gaba receptors ever since coming off the benzos preventing a proper recovery. The good news is you know what you need to do to move forward.

I just keep getting worse and so much that I am having severe mental issues on top of going crazy from screaming tinnitus and head pressure so strong that not only can I not walk but I feel I can't go on !!!! Were you ever so much worse too and if so how did you survive ? Did you slowly improve,suddenly improve and how many years were you getting worse before you got better? There is no way I would have survived without my wife's help and many don't have a partner ,so if they were as bad off as me they would be dead or in a nuthouse and most likely back on drugs ! If I thought going back on would help ,I would go back on ,but first I would have to get a doctor to give them to me and most say they may not only not work,they may make us worse !
