I have a small question. This is what I did to myself:
3 months on 1,5-2 mg xanax every day and with a lot of opiates. Stop cold turkey and after 6 days I had so bad cramps and twitches that I had to go on diazepam again. This is how 7 days on diazepam have looked like:
Day 1: 60 mg (couldn't sleep and had severe WD's, but the dose made me sleep for 12 hours which I really needed)
Day 2: 15 mg
Day 3: 10 mg
Day 4: 5 mg
Day 5: 2,5 mg
Day 6: 1,25
Day 7: 0.625 mg
I don't really have any WD symptoms at all. I have a little more anxiety and minor twitches. I sleep a good 8 hours every night and I have a lot of energy which makes me do cardio exercises. Why don't I feel like shit? Is it because the 60 mg I took on day 1 still is present in my body? I eat very healthy and drink plenty of fluids too.
I am considering stoping taking the diazepam caus' I feel great. I know it has a very long half life but my liver is fine and I am only 23 years old.
