Benzos Benzo w/d while on methadone?

I feel where you're coming from 100%. and sorry about your troubles.

Before I started using benzos, I've been in the ER 6 times in 6 months, that's 1 time a month going to the EMERGECNY ROOM. I was going to the ER for hardcore Nausea/Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Major Depression/Anxiety.
That's WHILE im on 80mg of methadone.
I've been checked up plenty of times, to know I have no other kind of disease or anything like that BUT addiction. (I know addiction is a disease) So im pretty sure im good on that part....
That's why I started on benzos, I was tired of being depressed all the time and the depression made my anxiety sky rocket. So I decided I to go on benzos, because at the time, those are the only meds I had access to help with my problems.
At the ER, they dose me Ativan for my anxiety (They IV it to me) and that seemed like the ONLY thing that made me feel better. That's where I started on benzos in the first place.

just be careful and be honest w/ everyone involved and yourself.

they scripted you benzos on that high of an MG knowing you were on methadone? shocked that happen; shocked they gave you that shot at the ER after going in there and telling them you had a opiate problem. gotta taper down and play it very safe; be safe man, you can do it. its been done before and is surly something that you can do as well.
