I've been taking benzos (1-2mg of alprazolam to be specific) about 2 times a week. I've never experienced any type of w/d, tolerance, or ever 'fiending' for it. Though, I'm afraid if I start doing this dose 3-4 times a week, I might start to experience some dependent traits.

I've talked to people who have become dependent with taking daily doses of 0.25mg.. I know there is no magical dose, but what is your guys' experience with this?

I did benzos for quite awhile 3-4 days a week without problems, but that level of use will eventually cause problems. If you stay where you are now you will never have Wd's or much tolerance. It's just staying there is harder than it sounds.

i only used to binge on benzos once per week (at weekends) for around 10 months, whereby by use went through the roof,it ended up at over 300 pills in the space of 24-36 hours once per week on weekends, and then the last month of my benzo abuse i began to use daily, around 30 a day, pills of a variety, alprazolam, lorazepam, clopnazepam, diazepam.

after a month of daily use i stopped dead.

luckily very little withdrawals, just insomnia, derealisation, and some twiching, bolting dody spasms, but all this subsided within a few weeks.

none of the horror stories of withdrawal came true for me (luckily) although i do believe some of these stories are overblown just to scare people away from taking the plunge and kicking benzos on the head, although like i say i may have been one of the lucky ones.

my (totally unscientific advice) is to knock them on the head completely.

good luck
