What are you trying to say? lol

"There was a time that I was so addicted (ddduct) that I was taking 60mg Valium at a time, and 120mg a day. Then I started smoking herb again, and was easier to go through benzo WD, and I tapered down the last month on 5mg (half of a 10mg pill) twice a day, or every other day.... something about 3 months (tolerance break?)... and I felt like it was my first time again on 100mg Valium."

Well, benzo tolerance definitely drops some! But, it will climb up again very quickly, especially now that you have had a previous physical dependence, you will get physically addicted more quickly. So, given the long half life of Valium and its metabolites, I wouldn't take a dose like 100mg more than every two weeks to avoid getting addicted and tolerant again.

Congrats on tapering off! Benzo addiction is a beast, and you nipped it in the bud at 6 months before it got too serious. :)

thaks man i was so scared. the marry j jelped alot

sprry for the mispelling. im high off weed valium and vicoden. nice equal mg though

^ I've gone through benzo withdrawal and probably the last thing I would do would be to smoke weed.

Benzo tolerance can be reduced, but it takes months, sometimes years to reduce it. If you used to be addicted to benzos then it's not a very wise thing to start back taking them.

i was only mentally adddicted for 6 months. the high wasnt worth it

^ Did you use daily? But with something with such a long half life like Valium then even using a few times a week for 6 months would result in physical dependence. Either way, glad to hear that you are off benzos even if you did slip up and take some recently.
