First off - I'm a "greenlighter" I suppose, so I apologize ahead of time if this has been covered before in a different thread/post.
However, SWIM has a history with using heroin IV and during the past 2 weeks has been using again, but not on a daily basis. Also, SWIM has been taking no less than 1 mg of xanax (alprazolam) every day since mid-Feb of this year, but they have averaged around 3-6 mg daily.
SWIM knows the dangers of combining 2 "downers" together, so they have been extremely careful as to how much H they IV'd at a time and over the course of a using day. (This is part of the question that will soon be asked)
Thing is - the H SWIM has been using is either low quality black tar or capsules of a tar/mannitol blend.
SWIM finds that IVing the cut caps gives them pleasant rush, nice euphoria and a good nod - but the whole experience is very short-lived, leaving them unsatisfied and wanting to IV another within the hour.
On the other hand, when SWIM IV'd very small amounts of the aforementioned low-quality tar (probably less than .1), the rush was semi-decent, euphoria was noticeable but "sub-par" and the nod was kind-of enjoyable. Despite this, SWIM noticed the overall high lasting much longer than when they IV'd the capsules.
Having experienced that, and feeling slightly more brave after becoming more familiar with the product, SWIM IV'd slightly larger amounts of the tar (possibly closer to .2 but it is difficult to say since they do not have a scale) and felt a fantastic rush with much euphoria and a very nice nod.
One day SWIM IVd only 4 caps, trying to lean on the safe side. But then about a week later they experimented more with the caps and tar (in addition to the daily xanax intake), IVing about 3 caps and 2 small pieces of tar throughout the length of a day and certainly didn't overdose. so SWIM has become curious...
To the question - given the quality of the tar and the short-lived effects of the caps (plus the xanax tolerance SWIM has acquired), would SWIM be in any danger of overdose if they IV'd slightly more tar and at max 3 caps stretched out over a day's length (for instance: morning, noon, night doses)?
