Benzo/Thieno Cross Tollerence - Specifically FluPAM

I know this have kind of been answered before but the information is spread over the place and I have a more specific question.

Firstly will a tolerance built up to Benzos cross over and also cause tolerance to Thienos, and vise vera?

Secondly, I read somewhere that just a few uses of FlubromazePAM can cause your tolerance to rocket? If this is true, what sort of time scale would I be looking at before it dropped back down? Is FlubPAM the worst culprit for rapid tolerance built up or are there others?

yup, they work at the exact same sites

most fast acting high potency benzos will jack tolerance up fast
