i have the habit seeking benzos as im addicted and need atleast 10mg kpin/xanax to get the relief, which clearly is abuse.would love not to be dependent on them.

sub doc has me on kpin .5 3x a day, psychiatrist gave me only 2wk supply kpin .5 3x day/very anti benzo, pulled teeth to get it, and temazepam for sleep. went to primary doc claiming alcohool W/D. given 10mg 4x a day. getting my month supply tomorrow for kpin, just worried im red flagged as i filled 2wk supply kpin yesterday, and valium last wed, and i just need the benzos to stop W/D. i could tell my sub doc i need to stop and tell him my true tolerance but im on thin rope with him....all got filled, worried to fill the kpin tomorrow as i filled the same dose and amt a day 2wk supply yesterday,...idk im a mess.....legal trouble??? valium sucks, i ate 60 5mg tabs at once, felt muscle relaxation for like an hour, yet they say 10mg=1mg kpin/valium, or they say .5 = 10MG valium, either way whats up with valium not doing shit even taken large amts?

sorry for this off base topic and if it dont make sense, should i be honeat with my sub doc and say listen u got me on ,5 3x a day kpin, but i need to stop my tolerance is going up im on it long term from u, and i just keep upping my dose, as tolerance increases? idk what to do
 
i don't feel shit from 30mg of clonazepam, but 300mg of diazepam has me chilled out... everybody reacts differently to different benzos...

as for the legal issue, well we don't support/encourage "doctor shopping" but i'll just say this, fill the scripts at different pharmacies, and as long as its a different benzo you should be allrite, if you filled 2 scripts of diaz, or 2 scripts of clonaz at the same time i think you would be flaged... at leas thats how i works here i think, not sure about US law....
 
ah im not asking for tips for doctor shopping, temazepam is for sleep. klonopin for anxiety from sub doc, went to my psychiatrist stupidly and said i was on it in past kpin .5 x3 day, pulled teeth just to get a 2 week supply from him. librum first for "alcohol w/d". then the valium for alcohol w/d...so i guess the temazepam is for sleep, librium and valium two diff meds same class, for alcohol w/d, which i doubt pharmacy knows thats what it is for. i just put a stop to the seeking, i just want my kpin from my sub doc to get filled, and find a psychiatirst with REAL insurance this time, and actually get an increase. then again 10-15mg kpin/xanax gets me the relief, i guwess benzos arent meant for long term use, as tolerance develops, and usually is AS NEEDED, to prevent tolerance...my only monthly benzo scrip is temazepam for sleep, and kpin for anxiety, all the other crap is like 2wk supply. i plan to stop the seeking, perhaps be honest, cuz i end up eating 90 kpins .5 in 2 days..its ridocloous, irrrsesponsible.
 
bro, no doc in his right mind wil Rx you 10 or more mg of clonazepam or alprazolam/day, thats a huge amount, with the temazepam (30mg i presume) you'll be lucky if you get 4 mg clonaz/alpraz... you can get anxiety relief from that amount... you just enjoy the high that 10-15mg gives you... I understand... i take 14mg loprazolam and 300-400mg of valium and a few grams of meprobamate when i get it delivered, coz i like to get high and scrape by on 10/15mg valium per day for the following 13 days most of the time... but 10mg clonaz or alpraz is like 200mg diazepam/day, i'm not trying to put you down, just being realistic
 
most i seen a doc RX a family member of mine is 8mg xanax a day, but beig honest with my doc im sure there is a limit of what MG it takes for me to get tapered off, i cant just tell my doc 10mg per shot gets me relief and i wanna be detoxed outpatient with scriot, more then likely go to detox inpatient...ah ill just try with the willpower which hasnt worked well
 
You pulled your teeth for benzos? Fucking shit.

The maximum daily dose for alprazolam and clonazepam is 8mg so don't expect anymore than that. And its very rare to be prescribed doses like that. I only got 8mg clonazepam because I switched from psychiatrist to psychiatrist because of the waiting time in the office was always forever to get to see my real psychiatrist. I just told each one that my last appointment we planned on upping the dose. These were all rookie psychs, like their first week or two of practicing.

It doesn't always matter about the equivalence of benzodiazepines, thats meant for tapering, also some people react different to other benzodiazepines. For instance, when I was tapering I was switched from my final mg of clonazepam to 20mg diazepam and I barely felt the diazepam like I did with the clonazepam, which was so more powerful.
 
no i had to pull the shrink teeth to get 45 kpins out of him, figure of speech, my bad, im not that desperate tio pull teeth forbenzos, yeah valium IDK if the 5mg tablegts or whatever have some buffing on it to prevent abuse, but i ate 60 and felt just relaxed for an hour, shit is crazy....im just out of control,, koodos, im going to detox, then inpatient monday

Yeah, if 300mg Valium just relaxes you a bit I believe that it is time for a good long detox.
 
hm. im considering benzos. Ked out, i remember you saying you took lyrica so let me ask you this:

did you find that after taking a break from lyrica is started working again? how long of a break do you need?

i was on lyrica for 2 months and it was SOOOOOOOOOOO much better than using a benzo. however it has stopped working. so what id like to do is cycle 1 week on a benzo and 3 weeks on lyrica. do you think this will work?

Its not good to replace th Lyrica with Klonopin but I'd say that if you went a couple weeks without the Lyrica the effects should work again.
 
No Dr. is gonna give you the doses of benzos you want/need. As I see it you have two options...

1-Taper off of benzos under medical supervision.

2-Find a Chinese RC supplier to send you a kilo of phenazepam.

I rather strongly suggest you go with option #1.
 
The Z-drugs should also provide some cross tolerance. Most clinics here prescribe Zopiclone as a first line insomnia treatment. I found that I didn't have to take my nightly dosage of Xanax if I took the Zopiclone.
 
Maybe you shouldn't fill all the scripts at the same place.

This seems like it maybe a troll thread, if the OP is actually taking that large amounts of benzos everyday then wow, have fun working yourself out of that hole :smug:

There used to be an old dentist (long dead, before anyone PM's me, LOL) in Joplin, Missouri who wrote a script for dilaudid anytime he pulled a tooth. Lot of junkies in that town that don't have a tooth left.
 
I was prescribe 6x2mg xanax so 12mg a day I'd get this with 2rpts and yeah basically was taking 50 a week, or keeping some spare for fun. They lost their magic and I now take 6mg xanax and sleeping benzos, but it is possible to get 12mg a day. You gotta be able to prove you got chronic anxiety and for example I work nights so I was able to say I was up 20 out of 24 hours some days, hence the need for more. I used to take 4mg three times a day. Fun while it lasted, but i get no euphoria at all now tapering was a bitch, I actually prefer the mixture of different types of benzos. Valium I know what ya mean I don't know where they came up with the equivalent dosages everyone varies, but for example combining oxazepam with diazepam is a good combo and both convert to the same thing -google it if ya want, but yeah I'd start cutting back or mixing up anxietybenzos with hypnotic benzos and muscle relaxants. Take a couple of codeine cyp34a inhibitors always helps, probably placebo, but I like. Btw I'm a female who is about 45kg I'm not big and 12mg xanax would knock the average on their ass, you just need the right doc and actually be responsible with them. Some times I come back late to get a new script just to show I'm not abusing them sorta thing...
 
troll thread? i dont knoq whaat the hell that is, i been on bluelight for several years, i dont have the time to waste peoples typing energy, obviously im in a fog caubght up in benzo addiction tried to reach out on adivce, and took adivce on detox, im no troll, no spammer, no lamo. i post here when i feel nececcary, thank u very much to whoever thinks im a "Troll" or whatever that means
 
How long have you been taking more than prescribed? More importantly, how legitimate is your anxiety per your need to take benzodiazepines?

It's one thing if you're just looking for a buzz and/or now attempting to combat the physical symptoms as a result of simply abusing the stuff. But it's another thing for you to consider, and to discuss with your doctor, if your anxiety is not being adequately treated with the right type and/or amount of meds, causing you to self-medicate. While I don't know your situation well enough, it sounds like you need to make some type of change. So be honest with yourself.

As far as telling your doctors everything, that's a tricky one. In theory I would say that honesty and trust are fundamental values in establishing and maximizing ones treatment. Unfortunately, while there may be some merit for having taken more than prescribed, most docs would already be weighing on the fact you have a history of opioid and alcohol abuse, and view it solely as classic addict behavior and may very well discontinue your med regimen indefinitely. Again, be honest with yourself as to how much you really need to be taking benzos. If the situation is that dire where you are spiraling out of control, it may be better that you get off of the benzos, at least temporarily, to possibly better reevaluate your psycho-pharmacological treatment.
