I am out of state for 7-10 days so i can be sick.
I need to taper 160-200 mg Oxy and/or tramadol 1200-2000mg down to half, or even more basically taper fast.
In the same time i need to stop taking 10-15mg alprazolam every day. Max 4 Is ideal.
I have 56x20mg ox and +- 3000mg tram. 20x 1 + 60 -70 0,5mg alprazolam.
Also 24-25 4mg tizanidine tablets.
A lot of weed (i smoke only for a 2weeks max once in 5 months )
Modafinil 16x200mg (cause of social advertising need to work).
What can be the optimal schedule for dosing And how much to take tomorrow...or some ideas (not kratom please). I am sorry i been thought this for like 20 times and i am older and i know this would be pain in .....
And i dont have my vortioxetine and leveteracetam cause i am out already..
