Hey guys, quick question. What would be safe dose for each to take together? For example I have been in PM since November with 10-15 mg oxycodone every 4-6 hours. I have major panic attacks daily and have endured them daily because I am scared to take xanax that I have, 1mg tabs, because of potentially od'ing. Will I be ok to take the 1mg xanax or cut them in half? Tired of the anxiety and need my pain meds to have a comfortable life as well as work 40 hrs.

Those aren't high doses of each especially since you sound like you have an opiate tolerance. That said, however, always be VERY careful mixing depressants. Especially close to bedtime. I've had friends die in the night. Of course, that was usually heroin I.V. and high doses of Xanax.
