Benzo + MDMA

In my community it is voodoo to take MDMA with benzos I have heard of a few 'supposed' deaths from this combo, I get doctors use it when monitoring overdosed patients however is a benzo all they are administering.

Does anyone else have a story about this combo gone wrong or is it perfectly safe?

Never had a problem, always put me right to sleep after a good one, although I wouldn't recommend it really.

It's safe. I don't know why you would need a benzo when you're rolling though. I don't know how you could have a bad high while rolling (unless you get some bunk shit).

Taking benzos on MDMA will likely dull down your roll by quite a bit, you'd get much less out of the experience overall. Save it for the comedown if you're intent on using it.


But yes, it is "safe" (in reasonable doses)

I guess the MDMA and Benzo is a myth in my community... Good to know the fact

^ It's the same as any stimulant and a benzo, it is "safe" in the fact that you won't (likely) die.. but it may put additional stress on your heart, as well as diminishing the experience into something that's less fun.

I've done the combo numerous times. I'll be high on a benzo / weed , not thinking correctly then drop some nice MDMA. IMO it make for an extremely relaxed , floory MDMA experience but yes it does kill some of peak. I really don't understand how it would be a dangerous combo, i've even mixed a good amount of alcohol in the combo. I think the dangerous part is, if you are pretty benzod out you will keep dosing more and more MDMA because you don't think you are particularly high on it.
