So I was taking chantax for stopping smoking for a month. One night I felt like I was actually dying. Go to the ER, apparently a common side effect is anxiety. I was having a panic attack.

I stopped immediately and started taking 1 mg a day of Klonopin. For 1 week. Then the next week I tapered off. I've been off of kpin for approx. 8 days.

Keep in mind I was drinking 4 beers a night. I stopped that about a week ago too. So the first couple of days of being off alcohol and benzo I experienced withdrawals from both.

As I type this, I feel anxious, nausea, and tingling in my arms off and on.

Last night I had a panic attack, however... Also last night I took 3 5mg oxycodone intranasally (no APAP)

First time I had done a Oxy in a long time. Months.

I had drank 6 beers earlier that morning and proceeded to not have lunch or dinner.

I was puking my guts up last night and had a pulse rate of 128. About an hour after my pulse had hit 128, it subsided to 86 which due to paranoia of having a panic attack I OCD check my pulse multiple times daily. It sits at 76-90 most of the time.

Can anyone give me insight? I know my post is sporadic I'm sorry. Am I still experiencing minor withdrawals of KPIN? Is it because I quit drinking a week and drank 6 beers in 1 day along with oxy and not eating?

Any help or insight would be greatly valued to me as I'm afraid. I have more oxy and I want to do one but not if its going to do that to me again.. I personally believe it's a rebound from not drinking and then drinking again.
