Okay got one for you guys...
Has anyone ever herd or had a benzo hangover.
Seems everytime i slightly abuse my benzos,i wake up with hthis freekin migraine and shit like a bad hangover.
Is this normal or is it just me.
Ive wonderd about this for a long time because i do suffer from migrains anyway with or without abuseing benzos.
It just seems that everytime i do abuse even abit i get the hangover and need my pain pills asap.
Anyone???
Ill tell ya what i did yesterday.
So i took 3 2mg clones and 5 30mg temazepams and after a bit rolled over for what i knew was gonna be a nap.
So i woke up about 3 hours later, responded quikly to that stupid thread about smokin a jeffery lol so dumb ,anyway then i decided f it ill take 8 more temazepams and that should do me for the night.
with alittle tossin and turnin i made it till 7 am but got up with what i said this terrible migraine and hangover feeling.
So anyone ,is this a normal thing or is it just coincidence....
Thanx...8)

I have lorazepam and alcohol hangover right now... Ugh. Same day too (did it right after I woke up). I rarely got migraines from using way too many benzos but lately I sometimes wake up with a headache and some depression if I do 3-4 too many.

thanx for the responce i was just curious as i have sufferd from headaches all the time but it seems that when i take alot of benzos i would wake up with this freekin migraine wondering is it from the benzos or is it just another bad day...

i've never suffered a benzo "hangover"... those with long durations might still be active when you wake up making your head cloudy, but not giving you a migraine...

However, if you mix with alcohol, the chances of getting hungover are eponentially higher

thanx as ive stated i suffer from migraines as it is just always wonderd if the benzos coulda made things worse..

thats your body not accustomed to that much medication probably. Shit I dunno. I cant see anyone taking more than 60mgs of temazepam. I wouldn't take more than 30 unless I was off MMT. It happens though. It happened to me more than a few times...

yeah I agree. the closest thing I've ever had to a benzo hangover is when I would wake up and have a slight headache and still be kind of high *benzos do usually have long half-lives!* and then a weird mentally clouded feeling.

for some reason, it always helps for me to drink coffee. it might not work for you, but it gets rid of all the aforementioned cobwebs in my skull that really make it difficult for me to function

The doses you're describing seem high to me, though everyone is different in regard to their tolerance. I've not heard a lot of reports of people feeling hung over from benzos, and the time frame is too tight to attribute it to any withdrawal effect.

I would say just try cutting back the does a bit next time.

Considering you take 150-240mg Temazepam with 6mg Clonazepam to get off I figure you have a tolerance. There are people who mistake hangovers with withdrawal symptoms. Maybe this is why you experience bad Migraines every time which is a symptom of benzodiazepine withdrawal. They would be especially prevalent if you already suffer Migraines.

I get what I call a "Benzo Cloud". When I used to take them I'd wake up with a minor head ache and a cloudy head.

naw not to many for me i take handfulls of temazepams clonazepam nozinas and seroquels to sleep on a dayly basis my tiollerance is way to high...

^ Sometimes high doses of medicines, well in excess of Rx-ed doses can cause unpredictable effects even if your tolerance is very high.

yea its possible. when i take benzos by themself i usually have an afterglow the next day. but if i drink with them, and i always almost do, i have a huge hangover that usually lasts the whole next day until i wake up the morning after the hangover.

Benzos arent meant to be abused when you are doing 300 to 400% more benzos then the reccomended dose for 3 for days in a row, the drug builds up in your system some pams like clonazapam have longer half lifes so doing more is essentially overdosing you wont get high from benzos and its not a hangover, its a migraine that could lead to stroke, dont abuse benzos be grateful you have them when ypu need them

Hangover's that cause headaches are imo mostly one time user's. For the Alcohol. A benzo just leaves you sedated and a bit retarded.

That is why i liked the one would mentioned 'isn't this a withdrawal symptom'. Your usage is big enough, do you take that daily or once in a while?
