Benzo dosage after Ritalin (methylphenidate)

So I'm rx'd 20 mgs methywhatever (Ritalin) 3 times a day for 60 mgs a day total.

Last night I binged n snorted about 100 mgs over a lot of hours, we r talkin 6-8 hrs. Slept 3 hrs today after 4 mg kpin n 2 mg alprazolam. Tolerance very high to benzos - 20 mgs alprazolam.

Well, I smoked some good weeds and to keep from passing out (& also bc of my addiction to snorting I'm tryin to stop asap! Just recently started) I snorted 30 mg Ritalin (usually do 20 mg with 10 mg bumps every few hrs). I feel like I kinda did coke (dnt know from personal experience).

Few Questions:

1. Roughly how long will this "speedy rush" last? I feel adderall jittery n shaky.

2. How many benzos u think, mg wise, should I take to kill the shakes but nothing else from it?

3. Roughly, as in number two, how many mg benzos to b able to sleep?

Oh, I snorted about 20 mins ago. How long should I expect this speedy, shaky body rush?

I've snorted 30 mgs twice before n nvr had this happen. Afraid to have a panic attack.

So, basically I should take my benzos to sleep in average 2 hrs since I snorted?

The tweaked out feeling left finally. Lasted exactly 30 minutes. I did take 2 mg kpin sublingual.

Benzo tolerance is as follows:

Alprazolam - 6-12 mg good time 13-20 mg amazing nod out time, forget a lil but dnt black out

Kpin - haven't gone over 8 mgs on this really that I recall. Just relaxed af. Lil amnesia.

Those 2 r the ones I currently have.

So, rough guess on how many mg benzos I should take to sleep peacefully?

Methylphenidate pharmacological action is similar to Cocaine this is normal to feel like this. Though sleeping after taking Ritalin is praticaly impossible even with Benzodiazepine high dose.

+1 and taking a whole bunch of benzos to try and come down will just likely make you feel like shit. Just wait it out BG. couple of hours and you will sleep like a baby.

All ended well n I slept fine.

I notice a 30 mg all in one shot insufflated isn't giving me much of anything anymore n I wanted to quit while I was ahead anyway so I think I'll go bk to my rx'd dose.

I did swallow 20 mg then snort 30 mg an hr later today n that's when I truly realized this is becoming pointless...nothing happened but maybe a 5 min lil rush, if that. Now I feel blah.
