Its the guidelines these days i'm afraid n tbh i wish they were stricter years ago . If that was the case i wouldn't have had to struggle with addiction to them for the last decade n a half.
They are suitable for short term prescribing , but the addiction potential is so high Docs don't like to risk it with young folk these days
 
I got 100x 1mg etizolam tabs seem to need to take 2-4mg to feel out thought they wouldn't of been stronger in effectand zopiclone fucking stink my breathe out, i need at least 15mg to get any effect. Never found them to be rec. much prefer valium yummm give me some scoobys.
 
Got some activas diaz, no prescription. They came in 56 boxes. 4 times 14 blister packs (10mg). And they seemed less blue, more white, than any diaz I've had in the past. Sound normal for activas?
 
yes that is exactly how they should look , did u get the leaflet in the box as well if so then 99. 9% correct.
Mind you i've only had 28 boxes but they aren't the bluest of blues.

In general I would agree with Brimz, your doc seems to be doign a good enough job, however this link has soem really useful info which I believe is still nthe de facto guide to Benzos and withdrawal.

Its particularly useful if you are using an illicit supply and therefore don't have the imposed control of a script.

On the subject of smoking, I gave up 10 years ago and have avoided going back to it like the fekin plague, but I did end up on nicotine inhalers for while last year (long story) my advoce would be to use a nocotyine replacement therapy like th inhalers or gum if you really have to have the nicotine that way at leats you dotn get drwan into the ritual of smoking again.

You'd be lucky to get any kind of long term Benzo script froma GP these days, I've done the round of ADs but in many ways I', glad they wotn even entertain anything other than one off Benzo scripts for the odd "episode". Having saied that they are so easy to obtain from both the street and online sources it makes little difference.

anyone tried Zepose 10's, made by Cipla, 10mg diaz's, white, cross score on back...blistered.?

seem very good to me, better than even the "best" "roches" I've had recently.
 
Forgive my ignorance but what is it with Roches, I have some in blister packs but I swear they aren't as good as the loose yellow ones I got for half the price. i only got the blisters packs for travel purposes as I though they would look less dodgy if i got turned over by customs, as it was i did and they didn't give them a second look.

I'm guessing Roches are being copied and you just can't tell which are the real deal ? mine are definitely active but it would b nice to know how much i was actually taking !
 
Roches are notorious for being counterfeited I'm afraid man :\
And there's not really any way to tell they're legit unless you consume them and compare them with scripted tablets.
 
Roche valiums are the most widely counterfeited diaz as they are the most well known and trusted.

I've had "roches" in blisters that looked bad, the foil peeled off the blister in one piece when you tried to push a tab through, some of the pills seemed inactive while others seemed way overdosed, possibly not even diaz. Very slow to work.

I've had other blistered roche that were consistently okay, but probably not more than 5-6mg....

The Cipla Zepose 10's I've just got hold of seem to be far far better. Good dose, fast working too.

Fek all chance of me getting scripted tablets !, in this case probably a good thing as I'm probably doing less than i think I am ! every cloud etc etc, pretty dam sure they are Diaz though and I'm starting a taper on Friday anyway so I'll just work on numbres of tabs instead of Mgs
 
Good plan on tapering before yer use goes on too long :|
I'm still trying to taper and I'm still on 4-6mg a day and it's still difficult as fuck, this also includes the 5-10mg Nitrazepam "to be taken at night" but I use them through the day and rely on my Amitriptyline to knock me out.
It's mental though - That will provide much worse anmesia than any Benzos and Booze combined! 8(
If I combine Amitriptyline and Booze then it's goodbye to whatever I did before I passed out :\
 
Its the lack of Booze this time that worrying me a little, I managed 3 weeks without any drugs prescribed or otherwise before.

But TBH without the booze the Diaz doesn't really, do enough for me apart from take the edge off my anxiety, but i think that becoming out weighed by my self loathing for being so week as to end up on them again.

I just can't face going back on any ADs at the moment, I'm pinning alot on the CBT, probably way to much:\

Booze is soooooo hard to stay away from because, well, it's fuckin everywhere. I'm having a hard time staying away at the moment also.
Was doing rather well and reduced the amount I drank vastly, but then some shit happened and I fell back into it... Gah :|
Gunna just have to keep trying though. Tis all one can do :)

Good - Because it doesn't mention anything about Amnesia on the leaflet. Confusion, yes. Disorientation, yes. But nothing about Amnesia :?

Is this a fairly new ocurrens(2-3 years)? Was just wondering because atleast from 2006-2010 I bought roche valium from alot of sources and they where all good.

The last two strips of valium I bought from a dodgy dealer didnt give alot effekt at all. Maximum 5mg diazepam in some. Just got some drugstore-grade to compare with and it's just ridicioulus.

I really think that the RC-market is going thru the rough with a new benso wich is much better than phenazepam.

Like monsta don't want to dig into your family life but I was on Lofepramine, another trycycic whilst |i was drinking heavily and didn't notice any synergy?? in fact is disturbed my sleep with nightmares despite being on zolpidem at the same time.

Is their something special about Amitriptyline and its interaction with alcohol ?
 
I think there's more negative interaction with Amitriptyline and Booze than with any other Tricyclic I've tried:
Used to be on Dosulepin and, while it did enhance the double-vision and sedatory aspects, I never experienced Amnesia from a Tricyclic.
One time, when I was given Amitriptyline for sleep and was still smoking weed despite my better judgement, I'd taken it the night before then went out to my mates house.
The plan was to have a smoke then go to the pub for a few pints.
While at the pub, I was really, REALLY paranoid, as we'd chosen to sit in the spot where the TV was just above our heads.
Anyway, after a couple of swift pints we went back to my mates for more spliffs.
After a few tokes on a very packed spliff, I started having hallucinogenic visuals (people's faces melting - serious LSD type visuals). I just had to wait until it stopped, but yea that wasn't pretty.

I've smoked weed on Dosulepin and, while it still made me anxious and paranoid, I never experienced anything like that at all and never have to this day :?

Weird stuff. It's one of the most potent of the Tricyclic Antideps (receptor-affinity-wise) so that's the only reason I can think of for it having such an effect.
I can't explain the Amnesia at all though. Possibly due to it acting on some of the same receptors in the same way as Scopolamine (because it does also have Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonistic effects as does Scopolamine, which is renound for causing Amnesia...)....
... Infact I've just solved the riddle!!!!! Wow... My brain actually works sometimes! :)
 
i a hate amyiltriptiline i went over and had to go 2 hospital as a result of something that happened when i was not right off the effects of Amitriptyline,

I'm sure thats what they are giving my father in law for IBS, or at least thats what they are telling him, he clearly has anxiety, depression and hypochondria issues. He seems OK on it but is scared shitless he'll get addicted !
