Benzo Discussion Vol. 2

Good luck with that son, hope things work out for the best.
The benzo fairies left me my present last week , I'm yet to make the switch From booze to blues but have cut my drinkin right down. Finding it hard in this hot weather, But it's got to be done.
Probably not the best time to do it, but you can always talk yourself out of it.(right)

I know you're not me and I've got issues when it comes to control of drug use hence my move to total abstinence.

But please be careful getting loads of Diaz in and using them to get off the drink, that what i thought (or thats the excuse I used :\) to get 1000 10mg tabs in . Within a week i was doing at least 100mgs a day and still drinking just as hard, I don't really want to think about it and since these were not BP tabs the MGs may have been lower (atm convinces himself he really wasn't being that stupid) having said that 30-40mgs would make toy pass out so they aren't that far off.

After 8 weeks there were days where i must have used 150mgs, luckily I realised this was going horribly wrong but its made my drinking situation worse and i could have been in CBT weeks ago if i hadn't done this.

I spent an hour with a really good counselor / nurse yesterday working out how I was going to get clean and reckoned 2mgs of Diaz for every unit of alcohol a day as a working rule so of your drinking 20 units you need 40mgs.

But ....only for 3-4 days then no more booze or Diaz, I'm just holding my taper at 20mgs ,as I refuse to start taking more than i am now then starting the taper plan again .

I'll be totally clean by the middle of July .....Sam does that constitute a reason to ban me and delete all my posts;)
 
Just tried Phenazepam for the first time. Horror stories aside, it feels like a pretty good benzo to me. Very similar to diazepam. Dunno what all the fuss is about.

Just be careful on dosing and I'm sure its fine, its when you eye balling doses it just gets out of hand really quick, especially as you soon can't remember when you last dosed:|

Just make sure your accurately dosing and if I Wier you I'd just make and actual note of what I took and when and keeep it wioth the actual stash
 
^ Aye, I made a note of the time when I took it. Always do when I'm trying something new. Eyeballed it though as my scales are out of action. :o Gotta get some new ones.... Pretty confident it wasn't over 2mg, kinda felt like about 15mg of diaz but with a bit more repository depression and heaviness.

This is definitely not a week day benzo for me though. nom'd it 7.15pm and when I woke up at 6.30am the next day it was still going strong! Didn't fully subside until lunch break which was 12.35pm. I know it has a pretty epic half-life, but I was just expecting a bit of early morning grogginess, nothing like that. 8)
Heard a lot of people say that it has no recreational potential at all. Gotta disagree with that. I'd have a hard time telling it apart from diaz if it wasn't for the looooong duration.
 
MSGs r great and seem loads around. The roche before dow martin were good, the wwds again were good and then went weaker. Auparins, Benodins and GRS r top quality (u know what u getting) but r alot more expensive. The HKs were fin but overated and alot said the same, still better than roche. All vals seem to get r fine, only shit batch i had were diazapar fom india which were rubbish.
 
^You never really know.. i used to get bensedine (white pills?) 10mg from serbia back in 07 or something. one lot i got were about 20mg a pill! another was 4-5mg..

Either way when using black market diaz i never switch brands often, so at least i know what im getting pill to pill is the same.. (but even that aint 100%)
 
i've rinsed allmost all me script in 2 days.
i got it thursday n i've done all the sleepers .
leaving me with 50mg of diaz when i supposed 2 have 300mg left:(

it s my own fault a bit cos i did xtra when i went away;) so i'm coming down of those doses which were about 4x what i normally gt for 2 weeks.
So obviously i was gonna find it hard 2 get back 2 my script.

I will though i'll accept them as a gift or buy somelses but ican't order em otherwise I will do them all in aboutb a week summat stupid anyhow;)

it'll be a nasty ish couple of days 4 sure but i've been through alot worse.

@Atm how you doing with your taper ?

Only had the bens once and thought they were fine. The GRs i have now r alot better than the MSGs,. If poss i only take the EU ones but again who knows whats in them but so far maybe ive been 'lucky'.
 
watch out peeps,bought a shitload of msj valium yeasterday which had previously been spot on.the ones i got yesterday were 100% chalk fake shit.they looked identical to the good ones so just a little heads up.

It's the white GR ones that I've been getting recently. I'd say they're better than pretty much any other kind I've had before, mates all say the same as well.
 
As I said in the Australian Forum (I like to go lurking on the wild deserted lands), I'm normally on a regimen of 1mg loprazolam every night before turning the lights off.
My nights are quite good, even very good, despite the short HL.

Yesterday I tried a change: I took 5mg nitrazepam instead of the 1m loprazolam. I wanted to see if this long HL benzo would give me more sleep.
Let's say it wasn't a very good night. Not bad but not very good as with the loprazolam.

So tonight, either I take 10mg nitrazepam, or my usual 1mg loprazolam. I'll see, and report here.
 
I'm holding on 20-25mgs a day for another 3 days as I've stopped drinking, not had a drop since Thursday, I had stopped in the new year and lasted nearly 3 months but then it all went to shit and I ended up back down bargain booze far to often !

It defiantly gets more difficult every time, or may be its the Diaz taper at the same time.

Some good news they have agreed to give me CBT, all be it via phone to start with as long as i can stay off the booze for 4 weeks, they are going to just accept that I'll still be on the very tail end of the Benzo taper. Which is something at least.

Defiantly not been feeling great since Friday but I've been worse its more a permanent underlying agitation and a feeling of being uncomfortable and fidgety. I got some good advice from the Drug and alcohol counselor, take more exercises eat more especially sugar and try and get plenty of sleep.

All in all I'm hangin in there and determined to be free of daily habits that are defiantly adding to my Anxiety and depression issues.

I only ever did this stuff the once and to be fair wasnt in a good way at all at the time. I had a gram but have little to no recolection of what actually hapenned, I know I hardly left the house .

How much do you reckon you did to KO yourself
