I always ask my doc in Bangkok to prescribe what I want benzo.

Bear in mind pls my benzos are always stacked\jacked with a decent whack of tramadol and sometimes 5mg rit.

Choice for a long time was 1mg loraz for sleep and 5-10mg 2 time each day to chill as my hospital do not carry the 10mg vallies.

Anyhow Valium goes like candy with me so I swopped to xanax 1mg.

Loraz halflife was putting to sleep but I was waking easy so I asked her for Temazzies ,she suggested 2mg Rivotril- Clonazepam.......ohh excited in 10mins I get to try an ew benzo.

Now conversion charts put this benzo sky high and there have 1/4 tab split marks + half life is silly

Question 1 ,for decent sleep as in refreshed ready to hit my morning cardio ,no lethargic hangover shit so should I pop half a tab -1mg.....I hate breaking into 4 quarters in case it gets crumbly.

Question 2 ,if this is a 'nice' chilled super diaz type benzo that I roll the day time with I will save it for day use and hit the xanax to sleep.

In my experience loraz used to be my best sleeping med and zolpidem but they are 2 dear here.

I need a sleeping aid because of my sleep issues over-stimming it in the day + steroid use but I don't want to waste good meds on zzzz when I can enjoy whilst awake.

Thoughts?

Cheers

Treat clonazepam with respect; it is potent, and it does have quite a long half-life. I would, actually suggest, 0.5 mg at bedtime as needed, and not jump to 1 mg right away. It may be quite helpful, but it will last for a long time, even if you don't quite feel it. It can be deceiving in that it feels more subtle than it is. I'd say 1 mg lorazepam = between 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg clonazepam, depending on individual response.
