Benzedrine Inhalers

So I just found out that the original Benzedrine inhalers from the 30s-50s, were comprised of freebase amphetamine which is why you could inhale them. I don't use amphetamine anymore, I was addicted off and on for 6 years, but I was just wondering, has anyone tried converting amphetamine into an inhaler, inhaling it, and getting high? It would be pretty damn difficult, I would think.

Probably not that hard, freebasing amphetamine is simple enough. And putting a little on a wad of cotton isn't hard either. The problem is that's a lousy way to get high. Why do you think people take inhalers apart and eat the cotton?
