25-50 mg is typical for sedation, or for treating seasonal allergic rhinitis;
200-500 mg is typical for "trip" (toxic delyrioid psychosis, yummmm....)

Expect to throw it up. I accidentally took a double dose of another alergy medicine and I was pretty fucked up. After a while I threw it up and felt better.

Usually for a trip take about 100-150mg, then close your eyes and just wait for the visuals, but u have to close your eyes, I stumbled on to this drug in the 9th grade when i took a few for allergies,an hour later i laid my head on the desk to take a nap and began to see an array of colors, then i felt like i was spinning,and began to feel as if I was being flushed down the toilet. Pretty cool, but there are better drugs to use. Just my 2cts

umm, i'm not tryin to sound all down on your idea, but.....why benadryl?!? if you must have an OTC why not something with DXM or something else "useful?" i actually do have quite bad seasonal allergies during the spring/summer and sometimes am forced to take a couple benadryl every once in awhile. it does make me feel REALLY physically drained & tired, not something i would call a "high" or go spend $$ on....just get some weed and chug some robo hehehe

I am by all means not against drug use, but this shit can really fuck you up. I was in the hospital for 3 days on a Benadryl OD, talk about embarrasing, I've taken just about everything and OD on that, LAME!
PS I took them for my allergies.

Take 13 of 25 mg diphenhydramine hcl.
The "trip will last approx 4-5 hours or until you fall asleep, and it doesntkick in until about 1.5 hours after ingestion.
Be prepared for REAL hallucinations, not visual pseudo-hallucinations. You will prb find yourself talking to a frind whos not there, or see poeple in the wall. It can be fun. Jus dont do it more than twice a year. i like it more than robo....
