Cocaine bell ringer??

I have been using cocaine soft and hard for a while now but I have a question about the oh so famous bell ringer from hard. I take good big hits of good quality stuff from a trusted source, and I know when I get a good hit, but ive never had ringing ears after I exhale. Do you literally mean you hear a ringing noise or is that just a myth?

Is there any special technique you guys use to get a good hit. I follow the steps of how to hit from the crack mega thread

I'm sure this thread will get closed because how to achieve a bell ringer is NOT in the interest of harm reduction. But in answer to your other question, yes it's literally a ringing noise and not a myth. But it's not that common either. I have only experienced it from using cocaine by more dangerous routes of administration and doses, and I suggest you not try to get one. It's a kind of a distortion of sound and can be amplified if there are certain external sounds in the room, like a toilet flushing or water running would make it noticeable for me. It's really not great in itself, it's just that some people associate the sound with being really high, like an indication of how high they are. Try a Tibetan singing bowl if you want to hear bells ringing, instead of doing crazy amounts of crack. Please be safe
