Being High vs The Weather

Well, it's snowing a fair bit in my little corner of the world right now and I have the day off college. I decided to make the most of it and took 300mg of Tramadol a couple of hours ago and have that lovely warm opiate high. Once it kicked in properly, I decided to go for a walk and enjoy the weather so I put my wellies on, got the dog on the lead and walked. It was one of the most peaceful things I've ever felt. I was warm despite the freezing weather, the river was flowing, all the trees and grass were covered in snow. It was magical. My computer is in front of a window right now and I just keep staring at the snow fall.

I was wondering if any of you had had similar experiences with your high being almost enhanced by the atmosphere around you? Or has it ever turned things bad? Like a nice high getting ruined by your location or the weather?

So yeah, just curious about peoples experiences in this sort of situation :)
