Here's the deal. Im looking into starting a steroid cycle. I don't know much about them. I've done research, but it all seems to complex to understand. I'm just a little overwhelmed by all the info there is on steroids. A friend of mine can supply me with whatever I need. I just don't know where to start. I've always been athletic. Up until 3 years ago. I've had 3 back surgeries. So I haven't been as active as I use to be. I've gained weight and gotten out of shape. But now I want to get back in shape, and get ripped. I would really appreciate any info on where I should start, how I should do it, what other supplements should I use with them, which steroids do what. I am 6'2. I've recently lost 20 pounds. Now I'm at 208 lbs. I would like to stay this weight, but just rip it up. I do have a little stomach fat that I would like to get rid of. Anyone with any info on how I should start this, and how should I work out and eat to achieve what I'm looking for, will be greatly appreciated.

Get active and get back in shape naturally. Then get on the juice.

Starting at a body fat % like yours increases the chance of suffering adverse side effects of all kinds. Steroid research is complex - it takes time and patience to understand what you need to in order to run a cycle safely. It is complex for a reason - you are messing with your hormones and your endocrine system and it isn't something to take lightly.

You will need to focus on your workout, diet, sleeping routine, BF % and make sure they're all up to standard before taking steroids. You also want to make sure your back can handle the intensity of the required workouts. This all takes time. Use this time to research and ensure you know the ins and outs of your body and your cycle.

Be smart.

This. Aside from increased health risks and side effects, using steroids when you are out of shape is a waste. You will see better gains if already have a muscular foundation and a low body fat. Hormones work better the lower your body fat is.
