Site Feedback Beginner FAQ alert n stuff

I've noticed that the beginner FAQ alert at the top of the page (along with the other links) hasn't gone away for me despite have reached bluelighter status. This is true for the PD forum and possibly some others as well. The Steroid Discussion and Cannabis Discussion don't have this issue, but I haven't gone through all the other forums to check.

^those headlines are there for everyone. only the ugly green boxes with links to the greenlighter's guide and BLUA go away when you become a bluelighter.

Other forums may (or may not) have their own equivalent links to notable threads in that forum. Although their boxes will not be green.
