beginner benzo dose?

i have had xanx before and ativan too but do not remember my doses

im getting a 10mg valium how much do i take? ROA-oral or sublingual?

xanax 1mg- im just gonna take the whole thing. ROA- snort or oral?

Take everything oral.

If you are still a beginner, you need not mix two different benzos.
If you didn't remember your last doses, you took too much.

Both oral. You could snort the xanax but I really havent found any advantage other than quenching my desire to put something up my nose.

if I were you I would start with the 1mg of xanax and see how you feel after 30-60 minutes. then decide if you would like to remain slightly faded or get really faded and protentially fall asleep.

Ha, this was exactly like my first venture into benzo's and it was years ago. I ate the xanax, felt amazing. Then ate the valium(5mg i think), and passed the fuck out. My girlfriend couldn't wake me up and had to move my ass across the bed which I was taking up all of. I was breathing fine and stuff, so it wasn't like a worrying pass out, but she could not wake my ass up at all. I would just mumble and go back to sleep.

I suggest eating them separately unless you just want amazing sleep.

Xanax 1mg is great for a beginner.
Valium - 10-20mg for a beginner, IMO.
