Hi all I'm based in West London I had knee surgery and was prescribed co codamol 30/500 plus ibuprofen 400ml I recently switched to naproxen 500 ml as well as gel only available online. I'm interested in pain management that allows one to exercise (I'm often left feeling sluggish.)

Hey bro I'd suggest CWE (cold water extracting) those co-codamol leaving you with a nice dosage on codeine, without the nasties of too much paracetamol! Hope this can be of some help instead of leaving those pills to waste! Hope that knee gets better soon man
