Been on Sub maintenance ~3-4mg for almost a year. Want to do H again, how long wait?

I take approx 3-4mg of subutex everyday for the past year. I want to do heroin again badly. I know that this is a horrible decision as I've been sober for a long time but in all honesty, I miss getting high and my sober life sucks. It was my birthday last weekend and I got zero phonecalls or text messages wishing me happy birthday, probably because I drew all my friends away from me.

Anyways, I am prescribed a very large abundance of subutex, the 54-411 8mg pills, but I only take 1/4 of a pill a day. I used to take up to 24-32mg a day for a week or so when I first started. The first time I took sub I got pretty high but now it doesn't do much for me.... I want to know how long I would have to wait after being on maintenance for nearly a year on around 3-4mg subutex to get a good high off heroin again. I want a good high and I'm scared of how much sub is in my system after taking it for so long. Would this take a week? I hope no more than that.

Please give me some advice from personal experience on how long I'd have to withdraw from subs to get a good H high. I'm not too worried about relapsing anyways since I have so many subs to switch to when I need...

About 3 days to a week to fully feel it a quarter of an 8 isn't very much if you were taking say 32 for all this time you would be unable to feel anything for months and even Yeats after pain meds will do nothing for you cause your receptors are damaged and can't hold on to other opiates like oxy or vicodan so you have to keep redosing and your tolerance would be so high you would need 3-400mgs a day to keep well let Alone kill any pain.
With your dose you should be fine I usually wait 12 hours and I can fully feel heorin but I have fast metabolism and I only take 0.3 mgs of Suboxone every 6 hours so around 1mg each day sot hat don't block much. Have you tried lowering your dose to under 2 mgs? If you did then you could be getting high every time you take subutex cause low doses feel like full agonists and kill pain sooo much better.

When I was tapering off suboxone and down to 2mg a day - I found anything within a 24hour period was a complete waste - taken in 24-48hr window I would 'feel it', but by no means get stoned. In my experience, to get a decent buzz of heroin I had to wait until I was in withdrawals (day 3/4) and even then I had to dose pretty high. And this was only taking 2mg, sometimes 1mg, of sub a day.
