Hi BL'ers, I havent been around OD as much as I used to be. This place used to be my home, but over the recent years ive moved over to AusDD a bit more as OD has gotten to messy and one of the mods is a smart guy with great HR info but he(or she) is also a fuckin loser with no social skills. But anyway on to the question. Im not here to abuse or accuse people.

I have been on bupe for about 2 years now. Over the last few weeks ive been IV'ing 4mg a day, first I was on 8mg sublingual, then reduced to 6mg and I actually did feel it quite badly so I started IV'ing 4mg/day(with a micron filter! All my pill shots get micronned these days, through 1.20um and a 0.20um :-) as should yours). Sometimes I get a little lazy with the bluey(the 0.20 filters are blue, 1.20 are red and there are larger pored brown ones intended for things like methadone syrup[what the NSP lady tells me)

I have 2 questions. I had 4mg suboxone IV about 20 hours ago and I have 100mg here(im only injecting it so it crosses the BBB faster and I have more likelihood of actually getting high, no other reason[rush, bio-availablity etc...) and I havent had a shot of oxy in years so im a little excited =D. So dont give me shit about IV oxy being shit and all that crap....I know I had a habit for 2 years, I probably know more than most users about IV use and injecting pills but im starting to ramble so on to my questions....

1. With my tolerance to 4mg will I feel 100mg oxy? I had a look at the ope conversion chart and im too sick(not WD sick) to go through and find the correct chart as a few of the first ones are wrong(and should be edited now that I think about it). It says 10mg of oxy is equiv to 0.5-1mg of bupe, that cant be right?
Before I got on 80mg of methadone I was using up to 240mg in a shot with lots of benzo's but usually just 120-160mg and ive found im needing a lot less opiates now that im on sub and not methadone, my tolerance has dropped alot im just hoping :-P If it makes any difference I use between .1-.2g of good Aussie heroin to get high.

2. Whats the half-life of IV bupe? Ive found I start feeling sick less than 24 hours after my last 4mg shot so im sure its significantly less than when used SL. Technically if half of 4mg is out of my body then I should have no problem feeling the oxy as 2mg isnt really high enough to block a dose of opiates like that it may even potentiate it, am I right? Strangely ive found some days when im sure theres still a tiny bit of bupe left in my system( i.e minus 1-2mg) it potentiates my heroin. Maybe its just in my head... Could this be the agonist properties the drug has in lower doses or am I on the complete wrong page here?

A quick reply is a good reply atm thanks guys :) I know thats a bit silly of me to say as its gonna take a few minutes to read this but I wanna know when I can have this oxy!!! lol Lucky ive had 20mg Diazepam with Grapefruit juice as a potentiator and I have a bit of pot here to tide me over until the time comes :)

Thanks guys and girls :) Stay safe! %)

No matter how much someone knows about IVing, these pills you use should not be shot up.

Micron or no micron; there's always a first time for everything-including complications from IV Suboxone and such.
With the amount of suboxone you have been using for the past two years, and your ROA, I would at least wait no less than 36 hours to begin your oxy regimen. I'm sure if someone else can pinpoint an even better timeframe for you; they will. And of course you'll remember that the time you wait before going back to suboxone is the IMPORTANT one..using too soon after you're finished with your oxycontin will put you in immediate full-blown withdrawals.

P.S. Though you didn't list any names, referring to "A Mod" in a derogatory manner and labeling them a loser is lame.
