Heroin Been clean about 3 months, did one bag. Drug test Monday or Tuesday?

So I ended up doing one bag Friday night after being clean for 3 months. I was so used to when I was last using that the bags weren't too good around me. Tho this one I did I was high as a kite nodding for about 10 or more hours. I have a drug test Monday or Tuesday, if I drink a lot of water should I pass it?
