Beatles VS Rolling Stones?

What a funny thing to argue about ! One of the many wonderful things about music is that it's not a competition. One person's Bob Dylan is another person's Barry White.
There is no 'better' or 'worse' surely.
 
I love every single song I've ever heard from The Beatles, but I'm gonna have to go with The Stones and I just got into the them not too long ago.

I just like the how the stones have blues and rock and shit.
 
i hate how its always the beatles and the stones, i think the kinks kick both their asses, just listen to waterloo sunset. but between the beatles and the stones ive got to go with the beatles.
 
early stones owns faces, 70's stones rocks faces, 80's stones was pretty ghey.

beatles were pretty steadily allsum their entire career.

that said, i'll listen to exile on main st or sticky fingers over any beatles album any day.

+1... Village Green Preservation Society is a truly fantastic album. Big Sky one of the best psychedelic songs of all time.
 
The only thing The Stones have over The Beatles is Keith Richards...he is the ultimate junkie. I mean is anyone else shocked that he is still alive and kicking??? Hardcore.
 
not really a good question. If there was a competition back then it was The Who vs The Rolling Stones and the monkes or peter paul and mary vs the beatles (dave clark five too)
 
depends, if im in a happy go lucky mood then the beatles

but if im trying to party/ getting fucked up then the stones fer sure
