Drug Studies -> Other Drugs (Think this fits better here than BDD right?)
I'm sure this isn't going to get much in the way of the kind of responses you're looking for, but I think it's important you read what people have to say. I've had the same thoughts too "Hey wouldn't it be great if I could have some kind of drug rota on which I could remain high every moment of every day and never get addicted?" - the thing is, there's some truth in it, of course if you mix things up you lessen the risk of physical dependence on a substance, but you're massively increasing the risk of psychological addiction with such a frequency of drug use - even if it's mixed up.
If you speak to people who've had heavy addictions to alcohol, heroin, cocaine, amphetamines etc, many of them can beat the initial physical withdrawal symptoms that present themselves upon ceasing use, but it's the psychological symptoms that really make it hard to quit. You can be off heroin for months and be left with cravings that seemingly can only be filled by another hit. Psychological addiction is no joke, and I think that's why sometimes people underplay dependence on drugs like cannabis, when for many people it's a very real problem.
In addition to the fact that you shouldn't be looking to get high every day for that reason, there are problems with your list even if you decided to ignore our advice and follow through.
While for a few weeks taking psychedelics once a week would work, the trips would quickly lose their charm and magic - I used to trip every week for quite some time, but now I stick to around once a month and find I get a much better trip out of it, one that's worth way more than four lesser trips each month

Opiates too will begin to build tolerance if you make it a once a week thing, it might not be obvious to begin with but over time your tolerance will rise, and that can quickly lead to you slipping up and using higher doses or with a greater frequency, making even physical addiction a likely possibility.
My personal opinions:
Benzos: Stick to when you absolutely need them. Withdrawals are hell even from rather short term abuse, and while they do have a recreational side to them I find the maximum benefits are always for using them for stuff like anxiety, sleep, or ending a trip/stimulant high that's been going on way too long. Have a job interview this month and you feel nervous? Then maybe a small dose would help - don't just make them an every week thing, of all the drugs you could become addicted to, benzos are one of the worst, and if you're going to end up being high quite frequently, I'd avoid putting them on any sort of schedule or it'll quickly spiral out of control. This is especially true since benzos can often make you do things you wouldn't do sober, including (but not limited to) using those other drugs even though it's not their "day".
Weed: Play this one by ear but seriously pay attention to how it's affecting you. Some people can smoke it several times every day and not have any noticeable problems in their lives, but for most people there's a perfect amount and overstepping that amount starts to cause issues. I've tried smoking all day every day, every other day, to once a week or fewer, and I found for me the perfect amount is typically anywhere from 1-3 times every 1-2 weeks depending on how I'm feeling about it at the time and if I have extra money laying around to spend on it. Avoid smoking it when you have school or any form of education since it really impedes the learning process being high - but do feel free to use it to relax and enjoy yourself a little, it's a great drug for this.
Opiates: Again like benzos addiction with opiates is something you really want to avoid for obvious reasons. The thing with opiates is they're very seductive and sneaky, unlike benzos it can take quite a long habit before you start to notice withdrawals, so they sneak up on you and convince you that you're not using too much and all is fine, then one day those withdrawals are there and once they are you can get into the habit of using just to feel normal and so on. Now, using opiates infrequently isn't necessarily going to do this but of course you have to watch out, and using them once a week is far too much if you want to avoid that ever happening to you imo. Don't make any sort of schedule out of opiate use - you feel like doing a little vicodin after having not used any in several weeks, sure go ahead, but don't make any sort of addictive drug fit a schedule, as soon as you do that, you start taking it even when you really didn't need to, and then more frequently, and so on.
Psychedelics: Psychedelics are really my drug of choice. They've helped me make many positive changes to my life and even during the heaviest of my use they caused very little in the way of problems, compared even to typically mild drugs like caffeine. That said, as I already said before, I found that tripping every week or two wasn't worth it in the long run, the trips quickly become bland, and even at higher doses I wasn't getting the "magic" I used to get. Now I trip once a month on average or fewer and my trips are much more special and meaningful, and pretty much every one holds a useful life lesson too. :D Stick to once a month at most imo (of course, you can make exceptions for special events, like long several day music festivals in the summer! :D)
Adderall: As you probably know, adderall contains amphetamine. Here in Europe, amphetamine is very popular, especially where I'm currently living in Poland. I've seen how quickly once a week use can escalate into a full-blown several year long dependence, always jumping back to it, and never quite achieving that first high, so be careful. As far as stimulants go, it's definitely one of the easiest ones to handle in my experience, and many people can get away with using it infrequently and never make it a regular thing, but as I said, with all addictive drugs, the moment you put them on any kind of schedule you're heading for trouble. Don't be put off if you enjoy using adderall, I'm not telling you to avoid it or anything, but definitely don't say "Okay I'm going to do this every week", keep use infrequent and make each time extra fun.
Alcohol: Same as benzos and opiates. Now with alcohol sadly things work a little differently because alcohol is our society's drug of choice. As such it can be hard to go out and avoid drinking. I personally do tend to drink once a week just like you, sometimes even more frequently, which isn't ideal, but I think the key here is managing how much you drink, and sticking to those social occasions. Do you really need to be polishing off a bottle of Scotch when you're sitting at home doing nothing?

Save it for parties and going out with friends, and avoid drinking to the point that you throw up/pass out. Also, pro-tip, if you can manage it, drink a few glasses of water/juice either during your session or afterwards before bed, this can be difficult if you're really drunk but if you can manage it you probably just skipped yourself a hangover! :D
Just my 2c, your mileage may vary, but thought I'd give my experiences and opinions here.
In short, avoid binding any drug use to any sort of schedule, as you'll quickly end up using things even when you didn't really need/want to and then that can quickly escalate into a higher frequency and eventually into addiction. It's much better to set yourself limits for at least how long you have to wait between use, and then play things by ear as long as you're never exceeding that limit.
