I took some meth last night at 10 and have taken 2 ativan every four hours since then the last time I took ativan was about 4 hours ago would it be okay to take like two or three lortab 7.5? Thanks

You didn't say what mg the Ativan is but taking 2 tablets every four hours could be over-doing it.
I wouldn't go nuts with the lortabs after using meth and Ativan.
