You're right, he did, but this is from the man who had rose-flavoured temazepam syrup :D he is the exception not the rule... if you've been on benzos a long time, you're fine, but if you haven't then it is difficult getting anything other than zopiclone.. which works for me for a grand total of one night usually and makes my mouth taste gross all of the next day, bleugh!
 
Eyy good work! I tried to get some before Dave's funeral and was told I just had to get through it alone, stupid doctor. Can't beat lorazepam for anxiety imo..
 
my plan is to not ask for a refill for a few months. so he thinks im going easy on them

they should have given you something effy but glad you got through it.. Know its still hard

Finding it hard to sleeep tonight. Have been on the MXE a tincy bit & a bit of stealth smoking the free haze tonight.

Just taken one of my sleeping pills to help me sleep, but with work in less than 7 hours, that is actually quite a reasonable amount of sleep to expect. I thinkn the more likely figure will be 3 or 4 hours sleeep though :(

Really need to get used to taking my mirtazerpine at the right time, as if i take it too late I end up a groggy moggy mess

Have been doing so well recently at work too so am 1000000% determined to keep that going and mxe on weeknights was probabably not the bestest idea 8)

Tried to sleep, failed, so thought I'd come back here. Glad someone else is about! How are things in your world?
 
Wow that's some pretty hardcore insomnia if it can withstand post#100.

Tomorrow I'll be going to see my GP regarding the very script you read about. I see Gabapentin in my very near future. I'm gonna try and talk him into an 800mg script.

I'm still awake but about to go for round 2 of my attempts to sleep, fuelled by quite a lot more wine.

NT, studying? I'm impressed! Lager and amphetamines would not have me in the mood to work..
 
Yeah fair enough. I think my problem is I have the classic British attitude that resulted in us being a nation of binge drinkers.. less is never more ;)

(Except with buprenorphine)
