If you're dehydrated to that point you need to probably seek medical attention.

So far I've been reading studies... Melatonin prevents METH-induced neurotoxicity and afforded a full protection against METH-induced depletion of dopamine and its metabolites and dopamine transporter binding sites. In addition, melatonin significantly diminished METH-induced hyperthermia.

And apparently there's no neurotoxicity shown after you let rats binge on meth for 14 days with self-administered doses of 6-7mg/kg LOL
