I just estimated what my severity of dehydration was saturday night & sunday morning... obviously severe... I think it was around 10% fluid loss (15%+ usually fatal)
with Stage 2 or stage 3 hypovolemia (15-30% or 30-40% blood volume loss) seeing as I had low to average blood pressure, despite stimulant use, but had tachycardia up to >130bpm... and other symptoms with pale skin & possibly spastic muscles hmmm
