FYI - A 3 month break from kratom extracts will lower tolerance about 30% - 40%.

I just got summore UEI last weekend after a 3 month break. I was able to feel about a third of the intensity I once had, and even got a nice itch. Lasted for about 4-5 hours. Not nearly as intense as what it once was, but definitely very pleasant, and an improvement over not feeling anything (which is where I left off 3 months ago).
 
just got back from the dentist; there i had so many epiphanies and realized so much about my self. i feel like i've been reborn; i feel refreshed...but i want more. my MXE should be here within the next 30 min....might have to do some key bumps...

edit: 1gram MXE just arrived in my mailbox lyke magic! zomg, i need to change my pants...

a slight burning sensation in my nostril....

Thanks for that I was really quite upset at the time as I know her quite well and though we were on a level, have since found out another girl had said they looked slutty so I guess it ws just bad timing as that not what I meant at all. Don't get me wrong there's nothng wrong with looking a bit slutty, but I'd never actually say that to someone unless I knew they were really going for that look and knew them very well.

I'm off to get my mankini out for tomorrow as I have confernace to go to;) do you think the classic green or the cerise, bare in mind I'm sporting a beard at the mo !
