Yeah, just weigh up what you stand to gain and lose by not calling them. For me, that risk would not be worth the payoff. Take care of yourself <3

Most I have spent on a pair of shoes was 100$. Don't know how many British monies that is and I am too lazy to convert it.
 
Breathing is fine at the moment, other than the pain when taking deep breaths which i've had for a couple days, told em all about it. Off to bed now, looking forward to a harrowing night of paranoia :P
 
Okay... surgical emphysema is rare but as Vader said, the consequences if you do have it and ignore it are pretty devastating. Please do take care of yourself - I'm not sure I'd be happy with just speaking to a nurse on the phone..
 
As you are in the UK and NHS treatment is free, you don't have that factor holding you back (not that it should if your health is at risk, but I understand it can makes our US friends think twice) - I really would go to A+E and have a doctor look at it.. please take care! <3

I dont care if I am gonna get a bill or not, if something is wrong I am going into hospital quick fast and in a hurry. I am lucky tho, my wife is a Certified Nurses Aid in her last semester of nursing school and she works in the emergency room at our hospital. I pretty much have medical care when I need it and they send me thru fast with awesome care. Convenient really.
 
Haha. Yeah, it's not worth taking a risk over your health at all IMO, whether you have to pay or not.. and good work on bagging a sexy nurse, aveo! ;)
