Hey congrats, sugar is a hard addiction to cut for a lot of people. It took me many failed attempts before I was finally able to go cold turkey. Now cutting the chocolate habit... That's another story. 8)

LOL I tried a few times to quit myself but I always give in. Its weird, I can pick and choose when I want to take my meds (with the exception of the MS Contin I used to be on) but I cant seem to stop eating candy. During my last attempt I began to document the "w/d's" calling them "The Butterfinger Chronicles." That was actually pretty fun. It involved a WWI soldier writing home to his girl whose name is Butter Finger.

OH MY GOD

THINK OF PURE DEXTROAMPHETAMINE AND LEVOAMPHETAMINE
WITHOUT BINDERS

now tell me if you can put that in a pipe (don't give me a damn speech telling me I can't get all the binders out, I don't care)

It seems like you are already hell bent on doing what your thinking about doing. If you do it, let us know how it goes and maybe make a how-to guide so others can follow in your footsteps.

Did y'all know you can purchase Uranium and other radioactive materials online?
Google it if you dont believe me.

That scares me.

I MIGHT do the amp extraction (hope I don't waste my pills)
BUT I HAVE A FEELING, since its not in Hydrochloride form... it won't work like meth does... Sulfate/aspartate/etc. is Adderall

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Quitting sugar is easy if you want to go on a Ketogenic diet (south beach/atkins/zero carb)
If you really want to go on a ZERO or low-carb diet (as in severely low... under 20g carbs total per day... no more than that or you screw up ketosis)

Just have a 1-2 week supply of Adderall, or other stimulant ADHD meds (UP TO 4 week supply max)... or another anorectic, though I doubt it'll work as well as addy...
-
REMEMBER IT IS JUST for appetite suppression so you can eat only meats during your first 1-4 weeks with ease, and won't have temptation towards other things
(REMEMBER TO TAKE VITAMINS, MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENTS RECOMMENDED TOO)

The brain fog, extreme cravings for carbs, and such you encounter the first 1-2 or so weeks... can be avoided with stimulant use to begin your ketogenic diet

THEN you take the diet from there since you're already in Ketosis

-I used to research nutrition a lot... there is a LOT more I can say
-In fact, if you want to know anything about nutrition at all... message me via PM and/or just post here asking me things

Ketosis is rough. The brain fog is similar to rolling your brain out the day before and not getting enough sleep. You become a robot. Only able to experience the negativity of the world.

But it works to lose weight. I wouldn't cheat and use stimulants unless it was absolutely necessary.

I have a kind of belly. If I do abs, will my belly disappear?

#1
-You can't spot-reduce fat, your body chooses where the fat comes off.
-There will be a little fat here burned, a little fat there burned, muscle building exercises don't necessarily reduce bodyfat in that area alone

#2
-For abdominals to show in a male (a 6-pack) you should have a good amount of ab muscle (and by good, I mean more like.. a little above average)
and you must be 8-12% bodyfat
12% with good genetics
10% with average genetics
8% with bad genetics, or if you lack ab muscles

#3
-A calorie deficit is all you need to lose weight, with, or without, exercise.
-Exercise and/or weightlifting while dieting will help preserve muscle (and, if you're lucky, build) during your weight loss, and overall health
-You always lose fat AND muscle when you lose weight. BUT if you build muscle simultaneously, and lose the weight slowly... there's a possibility you can 100% preserve the muscle and possibly gain muscle while losing fat

I'm only saying its the easy way out to START ketosis if they can't stay away from carbs themselves(I know the INTENSE carb cravings the end of the first week)
It is very short-term though
I just thought I'd mix in my knowledge of nutrition with drugs (since this is, bluelight)

Yeah abs are really just low body fat. It's not a very good indicator of strength or athletic capability.

The only thing I can say about abs and low bodyfat and athletes

most athletes are people low in bodyfat
-but-
most people low in body fat are not necessarily athletes

hhahahahah more MXE should be coming by monday!! gotta find another job though....

....decided to go with some xanax tonight instead of klonopin....

We haven't corresponded much in the past laCster but I can assure you that yes, I do use them for the right reasons. I broke my back in the T3 and T4 vertebra back in January 2009 and have had on off pain ever since, thats what my opiate scripts are for. As for my benzos, I destroyed nearly ever tendon and ligamnet in my wrist in a dirtbike accident about 7 months ago and sometimes have tremors in my hand which can make my job pretty hard sometimes because I need a very steady hand.

damn man, how did you break your back, dirt biking?

Fortunately no, or I probably wouldn't ride anymore, which I still do avidly, just not racing like I used to have time for. I slipped on a frozen lake while in Chicago for our annual New Years trip and I can assure you that ICE is the hardest substance on the planet to fall on. lol
