Didn't sleep at all too, took some 4-FA and some methylone during the night, and 2mg clonazepam now for the harsh comedown ;)
 
Haha nice (not about the harsh come-down, but about the benzo remedy) :)

I'm still in shock that I got enough hours sleep yesterday and woke up in the morning. Major achievement for me!

Glad to hear that effie.. hopefully your sleep pattern will get back to normal now... and yes being an insomniac, i agree, it is a Majpr achievement!
 
The problem being I have an appointment in 2 hours with my psychiatrist. Bah, no big deal with the clonaz :)

Yep, twenty clonaz drops in a small glass filled with fruit juice and ça repart!
 
Lou Im sure you can handle him/her. Just say 'yeah yeah youre really helping.. what would I do without you!? JUst this little 'thing' and im cured its magical'.. Ive found that the Docs tend to then feel good about themselves and pretty much start listening to what you want and accommodating that ;)

Maybe a tad manipulative but ultimately they feel good I feel good.. 'hey' * french shrug *
