^Always a good combination. I just took a 10mg IR Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine/dexamphetamine/d-amphetamine/dextroamfetamine/what does it have so many names?)

Now brewing some Kona coffee. Gunna make it Irish Coffee.
 
Yup. It's great (this is subjective). Like K in that they are both dissociatives, but where as K hits you hard and fast and is quite "industrial" feeling (but in a very good way), MXE is a lot more.. fluid.. it comes on slowly and lingers for ages. I did manage to get myself into some kind of M-hole state, which apparenly I told someone was like a velvet-lined K hole (I don't remember) - it lasted for a few hours but again I prefer the shorter but more intense bizarrity of a K-hole :)

I ended up taking much more than was recommended, but people were complaining about purity at that time, so I wonder if that was my problem. It's a lot harder to judge than K, too, as it takes so long to come on and lasts for so long - not an easily titrate-able drug. Often I either didn't feel enough, or it hit me hard - I did spend a pleasurable day thinking my bed was some kind of sailing ship and I was setting of fon a voyage at one point :D

There's a big thread about it in psychedelic drugs here and EADD here :) doses are generally a lot lower than for k (have a look in the threads, I'm not the best person to advise) and some people don't like it so definitely start low, wait a few hours and see how you feel :)

Here's a question for y'all. I'm thinking about picking up a bottle of decent (mid-shelf) Scotch Whisky, now, I'm quite familiar with Irish Whiskey and have tried all the mid-shelf stuff and some of the top-shelf stuff (Redbreast, Jameson 18 year old, etc) but I really don't know much about Scotch. After drinking this amazing cup of Irish Coffee I just made (okay a few cups, mixed with Dexedrine I'm actually feeling a nice buzz) I'd like to try the same thing but with Scotch. Granted, I also wanna drink it on the rocks. Any recommendations (nothing too expensive, mid-shelf would be ideal)?

Haha sorry, I have no idea NT, not being a whisky or scotch drinker myself.. except in an Irish Coffee :D

Might have myself another hot toddy actually, not feeling coldy anymore but definitely need something to cosy up my day..
 
I say do it!

And I would go with rum (rum in coffee is actually quite good as well, and rum mixes REALLY well with all sorts of things...) but I went through a phase a few years ago in undergrad during which I drank nothing but rum and vodka.
 
Ugh, vodka.. actually, that might be a result of my over-use as an under-grad too, haha :D

Rum goes with *everything*. Drinking it with coke now, feel pretty boring..
 
My camera broke just before I went to Boomtown Festival, so I invested in a couple of disposables. Meant I took them everywhere with me, instead of being scared I'd lose my nice digital cam, can't wait to get them developed :D

(Chances are there'll just be a lot of pix of my finger or blackness where I forgot to charge up the flash)
