I'm having a milk and beans-on-toast Friday. Got a cold and feel like crap. Opiates would go down a treat but no opiates for effie today..

I am preparing for Hurricane Irene today, got my various stashes and other equipment ready for whatever may come. Lots of beer and bottled water in case things get real bad. Hopefully things won't be too intense, but only time will tell...

I shall! At least that's the plan (the hurricane part, not the driving on K part, really kids, don't drive while on drugs, esp. things like ketamine. Cars are very heavy hunks of metal, glass, rubber and plastic and can really hurt you or other people if not operated while fully alert).

I don't think I'm going to be doing much driving after this evening, however. Gotta keep the house safe from any looting that may occur after the storm. I've got my hurricane outfit on, cut off jean shorts, no shirt, sweated-through generic beer company baseball cap and I've got my CCR album playing. The only real way to do it.

The hurricane should be arriving at my part of the East Coast some point tomorrow, things are supposed to get bad tomorrow afternoon (at least that's what they're saying at the moment). I'm about 100 miles from the coast so I don't think the winds will get to hurricane force, but will certainly be tropical storm force.

Eeep crazy weather.. nice strategy tho, nice HR touch about the driving too, hehe.

I'm disappointed with UK weather yet again. I thought we were getting a storm but it seems to have fizzled out with no thunder or lightening :(

I've always taken issue with the opioid conversion chart. How can 30mg Morphine = 30mg Heroin = 30mg Hydrocodone????

Someone enlighten me. Isn't it more like this: Hydrocodone<Morphine<Heroin?

Is that an oral dose conversion chart? If so then that's probably about right, morphine and heroin have shit oral bioavailability.

Whipped, I have no idea having never had hydrocodone, but I take your point. Hm. But oral diamorphine would = oral morphine as it would be swiftly converted to morphine by first pass metabolism..

I've got a slight issue with it being called heroin actually, it's misleading, pharmaceutical diamorph is hardly common and heroin is so cut and so variable.. and someone else was wuastioning it, can't remember which bit or who though, haha. I don't know enough about opioids to tinker with it really and it has been compiled from sources.. Do us a favour and go through the resources there and elsewhere and let us know if it is accurate or not, would ya? ;)
