After reading your reply to him I feel like a dumbass! Good thing I have more college ahead of me. As far as the misnomer about the Suboxone I didn't think to specifically break it down to bupe and naloxone so sorry about that. However, as far as the PWD's I was thinking that high of a dosage of Tilidine would have the mu-receptors pretty well activated and the action of the naloxone would deactivate them fairly quickly, causing the opiate effects to disappear after his nap. I sort of mis-stated with the PWD thing, I was just thinking on the wrong track because of the OP's "waking up in withdrawal" complaint, that's what got me. I think you answered it well though with that 'essay' lol ;)
 
^ I don't think you should feel like a dumbass at all and I understand your rationale for what you put in there completely. This is why I love this site because none of us have the whole picture but if we each throw in the puzzle pieces that we do have, we're much more like at being able to solve the puzzle. :)

So since it seems all the Brits passed out and we're still here, we win this little war, eh?

I think we're getting off topic and forgetting the fact that America's a big bad ass pimp. Canada is our big purple top hat and Mexico is ...well...our nutsack.
 
Hey, I like Mexico. I also like Canada. :)

They're both sources of awesome drugs, or, in the case of Mexico, really bad weed but high quality everything else, Canada, on the other hand, has amazing weed. It's a win-win for the USA
