yeah it's almost 7pm here now.
fuck, man. that' a bit of weight loss. get some potato's into ya and eat right. i've been putting a bit more weight on slowly. eating really well now, mostly having 3 meals a day now as opposed to lucky to have 2 half sized meals on a good day in the past. i'm even managing snacks un between meals on other days, but healthy shit like carrots, capsicums, apples, bananas, grape, you get the point.
it' going toward to get around 85kg with weight training so i can just tone the extra flab on me instead of having to bulk up as i workout. not that that makes much sense but i'm one of those luxky people, who if a little chubby around the edges, can quickly tone up and turn it into muscle.
take it easy with the coke use, mr scag. the H too. i'd hate to hear about your gf dumping you as a result among other things, ya know?
