BDD needs a new moderator!!! *STILL TAKING APPS!*

Well, unfortunately kokaino had to step down as moderator of BDD recently and that has left us with only 3 mods for one of the busiest forums on bluelight.

So it is time to look for someone to come and join the team.

Anyone is welcome to apply, no matter what your join date or post count, it is your contributions and your reasons for wanting to be part of the team that matter not statistics. :)



Anyone interested in becoming a new BDD moderator, send in an application to
me (Mugz),
NeighborhoodThreat,
hydroazuanacaine,
leftwing,
cane2theleft,
dokomo and
amapola.

In your app include -
  • why you're interested
  • why you believe you'll be a good fit
  • any relevant experience/education
  • how much time you can dedicate to the position
  • what time zone you are in
  • any other relevant information about you
  • as many nude pics as possible

Lets see those applications coming in thick and fast :D

Greetings aspiring mods, lurkers, people who accidentally found this page looking to buy drugs off the internet, and of course search engine webcrawling archiving software. I'd just like to let you know that no you can not PM 7 people at once. If however you can manage to send 7 people the same PM without being able to put 7 names in the "TO:" box, it will go a long way in proving your ability to mod. ;)

Also from this post onwards...

If you make any reference to the fact that you can not PM 7 users in one PM, then you have failed the first tenet of moderating.
-First tenet of moderating:
"Read every post in a thread before responding."

If however you fail not to mention that you can't PM 7 users at once, then you have failed the second tenet of moderating.
-Second tenet of moderating:
"There isn't always time to read every post in a thread before responding so sometimes post important information again both because one can't be sure if it has been posted before and so that other users who don't read the whole thread will get the info they need."

So long as you don't fail both it won't be held against you :D

p.s.
There is of course the third tenet of moderator which is occasionally used as well.

"Fuck you guys...I'm a mod...I do what I want!"
 
^No one gave it to me...I bought it myself off this awesome high quality internet source that I am keeping a secret as per the BLUA.

Speaking of the BLUA I'm going to break it by telling you how I synthesized Rum & Cola.

Step 1: Buy vodka off a secret internet source.
Step 2: Get a job as a Pepsi delivery man and fabricate then execute a complex hijacking plan.
Step 3: Steal brown sugar from an old lady (or just take a bunch of free packets at Starbucks).
Step 4: Mix the vodka and brown sugar into the coke.
Step 5: Consume while watching a movie about pirates.
 
I really have nothing to add except: LOL. See guys, you get to work with amapola who just posted all that greatness if you're chosen as the new BDD moderator!
 
^ still a rush, anyone looking at this page/with enough BL experience for a mod position has to remember to send their application in, and chances are whomever it is likes to get high like the rest of us. So, sooner you send your apps in guys, sooner you don't have to constantly think of it on your to-do list!

Is very easy to procrastinate about such matters and then forget to do it at all.

Also remember the sooner you get your apps in guys then the more time we have to consider you for the position, late apps will also get the same amount of consideration but they obviously wont have been in our minds for so long, so get those apps coming in :)
 
Do you have to meet a certain quota of infractions and/or warnings issued? I'm really tempted. That big bowl-o-drugs better have a wide selection of opies.....
 
No quotas... we usually call it a bowl of drugs but its actually a hot tub that's no longer in use.
